Delivery cost

  • Standard UK Delivery (allow 2-3 working days): £4.00/ FREE on orders over £25.00
  • Next Day Delivery (except at weekends): £6.00
  • Standard USA Delivery (7-9 days) : $12 or FREE on orders over $50
  • Express USA Delivery (allow 2-3 days) : $25



If you choose Express USA Delivery, you will receive a notification from DHL EXPRESS ON-DEMAND DELIVERY (ODD) and will provide you with email/SMS updates about your shipments progress and estimated delivery date/time. If the shipment doesn’t fit your schedule the 100% free service enables you to choose the time and place of delivery. Giving you maximum flexibility and greater control over your shipment.  

Do I have to pay Import Duty and VAT Charges?

We ship from a UK warehouse, all duties and taxes are not included in the product price. You will receive a notification from the courier before delivery to collect an local duties and taxes due. 

International Mail Tracking

If you have selected Express USA Delivery, once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email. Within this email there will be a link to track your shipment. Final mile delivery will be completed by the local postal authority in country, the above delivery windows are aims, please allow up to 15 working days for delivery.



mt Masking Tape is unable to accept any returns or exchanges without the original proof of purchase. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after buying your item to request a return.

To start a return, please contact us at After receiving approval from mt Masking Tape, the item needs to be posted back to us within 14 days along with the proof of purchase. The item must be unused in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

mt Masking Tape is not responsible for any return postage costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part of a defective item. We recommend that you obtain a tracking number and insurance from your courier/delivery service in case the package you are returning is lost or damaged.

Any returns or exchanges which are returned outside of our return period, damaged or unaccompanied by the original proof of purchase will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.



Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), and if the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 7 working days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account.
