Terms & Conditions

Your use of and purchase of products from this site is governed by the terms and conditions set out below. Please read them carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights. We recommend that you read our Privacy Policy first. We may at any time make changes to this site and the details displayed on it (including prices).

Payment & Prices

The prices for the goods displayed for sale on this site are as set out on the site are expressed in UK pounds and are inclusive of VAT. We cannot accept your order until you have paid for it in full. Upon payment, we will confirm acceptance of your order via e-mail which will be sent to the e-mail address you provide on your order details. The acceptance of your order will create a legally binding contract between us. We reserve the right not to supply you at our discretion. We accept payment by American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Google Play, Maestro, Mastercard, Paypal, Shop Pay, Visa. Payment will be taken when we process your order. We will endeavour to deliver the goods to you within 14 working days. If for any reason we are unable to do so, we will contact you with a revised estimated delivery date.

Your right to cancel your order

You may cancel your order at any stage before the goods are despatched. To do so please telephone us on 01732 771771 or e-mail us on sales@mtmaskingtape.co.uk.


mt Masking Tape is unable to accept any returns or exchanges without the original proof of purchase. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after buying your item to request a return.

To start a return, please contact us at sales@mtmaskingtape.co.uk. After receiving approval from mt Masking Tape, the item needs to be posted back to us within 14 days along with the proof of purchase. The item must be unused in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

mt Masking Tape is not responsible for any return postage costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part of a defective item. We recommend that you obtain a tracking number and insurance from your courier/delivery service in case the package you are returning is lost or damaged.

Any returns or exchanges which are returned outside of our return period, damaged or unaccompanied by the original proof of purchase will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.


Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), and if the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 7 working days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account.

Damages and issues

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at sales@mtmaskingtape.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, taxes or duty changes, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your credit card has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the value of the incorrect price (including delivery charges).

Availability of Goods

All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.
