How can I order and pay?
Online
You can place your order online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Phone
If you would prefer to use our telephone mail order service then call us on 01732 771771 and we can take your order over the phone Monday to Thursday 8:30am – 5:00pm, and Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm.
Is tax included?
We ship from a UK warehouse, all duties and taxes are not included in the product price. You will receive a notification from the courier before delivery to collect an local duties and taxes due.
How long will it take to deliver my goods?
We will endeavour to despatch your order within 24 working hours, but please allow up to 14 working days for delivery. Should there be any problem with your order we will contact you. If your order is urgent and you have a deadline, let us know and we will do our very best to make sure your order is with you in time.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to the UK, Ireland, and the USA.
How much is delivery?
Standard USA Delivery (7-9 days) is $12 or FREE on orders over $50
Express USA Delivery (allow 2-3 days) costs $25.
Can I return an item?
mt Masking Tape is unable to accept any returns or exchanges without the original proof of purchase. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after buying your item to request a return.
To start a return, please contact us at sales@mtmaskingtape.co.uk. After receiving approval from mt Masking Tape, the item needs to be posted back to us within 14 days along with the proof of purchase. The item must be unused in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
mt Masking Tape is not responsible for any return postage costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part of a defective item. We recommend that you obtain a tracking number and insurance from your courier/delivery service in case the package you are returning is lost or damaged.
Any returns or exchanges which are returned outside of our return period, damaged or unaccompanied by the original proof of purchase will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), and if the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 7 working days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account.
Damages and issues
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at sales@mtmaskingtape.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Will I get lots of junk mail from you?
Under no circumstance will we give your personal details to other organisations or people. You may receive the following emails from us – website registration, order confirmation and payment confirmation. We may also contact you with news and offers if you have subscribed to our mailing list. If you wish to unsubscribe, please click on the unsubscribe button at the bottom of the last newsletter you have received from us.
